Idea.
Because of the nature of video as a medium, there is never a physical, tangible creation that can be held and fully experienced like there would be if you were a painter or a sculptor for example. The idea was to change that and tell the story of an unforgettable experience through a photo book.
Action.
With no previous experience in Adobe InDesign, this was also a learning curve. It was immensely satisfying to see some of the work from an amazing trip come together as well as being able to get a perspective across and create a style and a design, to tell a story.
Execution.
It’s been amazing to try something so new. The process has taught me so much about consistency within my work not only in design but I’ve learnt so much about colour in the photo editing process and how important it is to create strong connections between the images..
